The purpose of publishing the list of registered authorized persons is to inform the public that each person named in the list is registered as an authorized person to carry out the duties in relation to the pharmaceutical products manufactured under the Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations (Chapter 138A, Laws of Hong Kong). Persons using the personal data therein for an unrelated purpose render themselves liable to action under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486, Laws of Hong Kong).

* *The authorized person may only certify compliance with Reg. 30A(2) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations, Cap. 138A in relation to advanced therapy products in accordance with section 5.6 of the Guidance on Qualification, Experience and Training Requirements for Authorized Persons and Other Key Personnel of Licensed Manufacturers in Hong Kong.
