Functions

	The Pharmacy and Poisons Appeal Tribunal, established under section 30 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap. 138, Laws of Hong Kong), hears and determines the following matters: (a) any appeal against a decision of the Board in respect of application for registration of premises or application for renewal of registration of premises of an authorized seller of poisons; (b) any appeal against a direction of the Board in respect of removal of the name of a listed seller of poisons (LSP) from the list of LSPs; and (c) any appeal against a decision of a committee of the Board, excluding the Disciplinary Committee.
